He's A Keeper!

THE custody dispute between Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin over their son is going public, despite Palin's efforts to keep the case confidential.
Palin filed a petition for full legal and physical custody November 4.
She argued that she and her family provided almost all of the care anyway and asserted that "Levi is not yet mature enough to take on significant parental responsibilities.''
She also is seeking court-ordered child support. But Johnston says he wants to share custody of his son Tripp, one, and do what he can for Tripp, and Bristol. There's no evidence either of the young parents is unfit, his lawyer, Rex Butler, wrote in a court filing. This is an unusual custody case because Bristol Palin is the teenage daughter and Tripp is the grandson of former Governor Sarah Palin. She and Johnston broke up not long after their son was born. Her pregnancy, announced soon after her mother was chosen to be the vice-presidential running mate of Senator John McCain, received massive media attention. The parents are both now 19. Bristol Palin sought to have the case sealed from the public, arguing that would be in Tripp's best interest. She asked for a gag order so no one' could talk about it. She wanted all filings to be under the pseudonyms Jane and John Doe. HERALD SUN

Hey! Can I return this thing?

Bristol Palin and her fiancĂ© Levi Johnston have broken up, two sources tell PEOPLE. The split happened "a few weeks ago," according to a source close to the couple, but it's unclear what precipitated it. "It was a mutual thing," adds the source. Bristol, the 18-year-old daughter of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, spoke with FOX News in February and told Greta Van Susteren that she and Levi – who are parents to 2-month-old son, Tripp – expected to get married after they completed high school. "It kind of just happened," says the source, referring to the split. "I thought they would stick it out. But I think they can work together to raise Tripp." "I'm not sure what caused [them to break up] – it's common knowledge," says another source who knows the family. Despite the breakup, Levi still sees the couple's son. Levi's dad, Keith Johnston, told PEOPLE recently that his son is a devoted and "proud father." Bristol, meanwhile, is attending Wasilla High, taking a class to supplement course work she is completing at home. She also is considering enrolling in college next fall and studying nursing. Bristol has been spotted around Wasilla shopping and exercising. She recently returned from Juneau where she was visiting her mother, who is spending the winter in the state's capital with daughter Piper and son Trig during the legislative session. As for how she is holding up after the split, the source tells PEOPLE: "Bristol's doing okay. Tripp is fine." Representatives for Gov. Palin have not returned calls for comment. FROM PEOPLE.COM

Teen pregnancy? Not really a good idea.

Stopping teen sex? Ain't gonna happen.

So says Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's 18-year-old daughter, Bristol, who told Fox News' Greta Van Susteren Monday night that the abstinence her mom preaches is "not realistic at all."

Bristol Palin's pregnancy, revealed shortly after Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) chose Sarah Palin to be his running mate, shook up the last presidential campaign.

Bristol Palin, who gave birth in late December, described the rigors of being a teen mom, and while she wouldn't go into detail why it isn't realistic for guys and gals her age not to have sex, she did say it isn't smart to get knocked up.

"Everyone should wait 10 years," Palin said. "I hope people learn from my story.

"It's so much easier if you're married, have a house and career. It's not a situation you want to strive for."

She denied that her mother's anti-abortion views were the reason she went ahead with the pregnancy.

"It was my choice to have the baby," she said. "It doesn't matter what my mom's views are on it. It was my decision."

But telling her mom that she and her hockey hunk boyfriend, Levi Johnston, were to be parents was tough, she admitted.

"Harder than labor," she said.

BRISTOL PALIN SPEAKS OUT - ABC

ABC's Sara Just reports: Bristol Palin, the 18-year-old daughter of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, says in an interview with Fox News to air tonight that just one year ago she could not have imagined her life today.

The announcement of Bristol Palin's pregnancy made headlines last summer just days after Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., selected her mother as his running mate for the Republican presidential ticket. Bristol Palin gave birth to a son, Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, on Dec. 28, 2008.

Fox's Greta Van Susteren: Is this what you expected?

Palin: I don’t know if it's what I expected, but it's, it's just a lot different.

Van Susteren: You had no hint of the demands of being a new mother?

Palin: Well, it's not just the baby that's hard, it's just that I'm not living for myself anymore. It's like for another person. So that's different.

Van Susteren: If you and I were talking a year ago and I said, what do you think is going to happen in your life, what do you think you would have told me?

Palin: I honestly have no idea because I never would have thought I would have become a mom. And I never would have thought my mom was going to be chosen for vice president."

A new unauthorized biography of Sarah Palin by People magazine editor Lorenzo Benet is being published Tuesday.

$150,000 for presidential "suite" or suit?

So word on the street is taht Sarah and gang are "not" on par with the american people because she spends like royalty. Hmmm...Is it apropriate for a world leader to look and act the part or not? This is definitely a tough issue, however let it be know that Obama and Mccain both play to their constituents. Obama's play is I befriend terrorists, I am on par with my constituents. Mccain prides himself in wealth, success, and respectability on par with his constituents. may seem a bit far reaching but the point is strong. $150,000 on image is nothing compared to Billions that are being spent on campaigning that could have supported thousands of voters around the country that are sleeping outside for the night. If only one of the many millionaire, over the top, spend happy donors to Obama's campaign even believed for a second that $150,000 on suits and image was alot, then I would be on board with the dEMs. But that aint the case. Just FYI:

On the attack of the day, expensive clothes, Obama also has something of a handicap in relating to the average guy. Obama likes expensive designer suits. He even had one custom made for his Democratic Convention acceptance speech.
Tonight, Barack Obama will wear a navy blue, worsted wool two-button suit that Hartmarx custom made just for him. Hartmarx is a 121-year-old Chicago-based manufacturer of high-end men's suits. Obama, who wears a 40 long with a 33-inch waist, has worn Hart Schaffner Marx suits but always off the rack, said an inside source. He favors the Gold Trumpeter collection. His new custom suit is 97 percent merino wool and 3 percent cashmere, has pleated plants with a 1 1/2-inch cuff and would cost about $1,500 off the rack.

The least expensive Hart Schaffner Marx suit retails for $695, hardly within the budget of the average working man. See the full story HERE.

Israel...Shmizreal? Does it matter if the floppy try flipping?

With O's advocacy to Jewish voters through the great Shlep it may seem as if he is pushing for Jewish votes and Jewish support...That would ussually mean support for Israel... Or so it would seem. Ben SHapiro has compiled a powerfull video showing Obama's advsiors, mentors, and personal words that forthrightly are connected to terrorist organizations and anti-israel and anti-semitic behaviors. See for yourself and you make the decision. Is he safe, or is it smarter to vote for someone that we can trust? Bust or Boast?
